We want customers to be able to contact MELANIEGAINEY LLC quickly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from the order confirmation.

Starting a return request

Before sending an item back, contact LER29720@GMAIL.COM with the order number, item name and reason for the request. If the issue involves damage or an incorrect item, photographs may help us review the request.

Condition of returned merchandise

Unless an item is defective, returned merchandise generally should be unused, unworn and returned with the packaging and accessories received with the order. Final eligibility depends on the return terms presented for the product and at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed. Bank or card processing times may vary.
